LEMONT FURNACE – Rep. Ryan Warner (R-Fayette/Westmoreland) is inviting area veterans in the 52nd Legislative District to his annual Veterans Recognition Breakfast on Friday, Nov. 5, from 9-11 a.m. at the Connellsville Township Fire Hall, 905 Fireman St., Connellsville.
RSVPs are required and must be made no later than Friday, Oct. 29.
“While nothing we do can fully convey the gratitude we feel toward the men and women who sacrificed so much to serve our country, this breakfast is one way we can show our veterans they are remembered and appreciated,” Warner said. “I hope all of our veterans will join us!”
A free breakfast will be provided to all veterans who attend, and each veteran is invited to bring one guest. Additionally, information about veterans services provided by state and federal agencies will be available.
The 52nd Legislative District is made up of portions of Fayette and Westmoreland counties. In Fayette County, it includes Bullskin, Connellsville, Dunbar, Lower Tyrone, Menallen, North Union, Perry, Saltlick and Upper Tyrone townships, as well as the city of Connellsville and the boroughs of Dawson, Dunbar, Everson, Perryopolis, Seven Springs (Fayette County portion), South Connellsville and Vanderbilt.
