LEMONT FURNACE – Rep. Ryan Warner (R-Fayette/Westmoreland) and Sen. Pat Stefano (R-Fayette/Westmoreland/Somerset) are inviting all local senior citizens and their families to attend their upcoming Senior Expo.

The free event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Oct. 5, at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, 2201 University Drive, Lemont Furnace.

“This is the third year we have hosted this expo, and every year the crowd grows larger,” Warner said. “Sen. Stefano and I are looking forward to visiting with past attendees and meeting new ones. If you are a senior citizen or assist an older Pennsylvanian, this expo provides one-stop shopping for information and services.”

Exhibitors from government agencies and nonprofit organizations will be on hand to distribute information and answer questions. Throughout the day, refreshments, free health screenings and door prizes will be available.
