Warner to Host Senior Safe Driving Course Sept. 24

LEMONT FURNACE – Rep. Ryan Warner (R-Fayette/Westmoreland) is hosting a Seniors for Safe Driving course on Friday, Sept. 24, from 1-5 p.m. at the Connellsville Senior Center, 100 E. Fayette St. 

The course is designed for drivers age 55 and older to become safer and more confident on the road. Drivers who complete the course may also be eligible for a discount on their auto insurance. 

“This is a great opportunity for our senior citizens to brush up on their driving skills and learn new safety strategies, as well as save some money on their auto insurance,” Warner said. “I have hosted this course many times in the past and have gotten great feedback about how helpful it is. I hope people will take advantage of the opportunity.”
